Accenture has become the twentieth big UK employer to join the Graduate Fog Employers Club, taking their place alongside fellow members including Google, Channel 4, AstraZeneca, BT, Santander, KPMG, EY and Royal Mail.
Joan Moore, Head of Early Talent at Accenture, said:
“As soon as we heard about the Graduate Fog Employers Club, we wanted to learn more. The calibre of employers already on board confirmed this is a movement we want to be a part of.
“Accenture is committed to leading on diversity and social mobility within early careers. Having launched a number of new sourcing initiatives and transformed our assessments process, we have some excellent stories to share with other leading employers.
“However we are also aware that the pace of change is fast, and by attending regular discussions to hear best practice from fellow industry leaders, it will enable us to maintain a strong future focus.”
